Mutual Housing at the Highlands is currently accepting waiting list applications for Studio and 3-bedroom apartments. Applications are accepted online only through our applicant portal. 

The waiting list for 1-bedroom apartments is closed and not accepting applications. Please contact the management office at (916) 349-8187 to inquire about availability.
